Terms & Conditions: The Wedding Offer is valid for new bookings only and is not available in conjunction with any other offer. It applies to wedding receptions held between 1 May – 30 September 2025 and 1 May – 30 September 2026, and must be mentioned at the time of enquiry. All four venues—Summer Salt, Ripples Chowder Bay, Lago and The Nielsen—include a complimentary DJ (SRG preferred supplier), complimentary menu tasting for the couple (additional guests may attend at $89pp at Summer Salt, Ripples Chowder Bay & The Nielsen & $65pp at Lago, up to six guests total), a complimentary pre-wedding dinner (Monday to Friday in the week leading up to the wedding, valued up to $600 in food and beverage, with any balance payable on the night. Excluding Lago), and a complimentary post-wedding dinner the evening after the wedding (valued up to $200 in food and beverage), redeemable at any SRG venue excluding Ormeggio at The Spit, Chiosco by Ormeggio, Postino Osteria, and Vineria Luisa (note: Summer Salt guests may redeem at Vineria Luisa). With Ripples Chowder Bay, Summer Salt & The Nielsen bookings a complimentary hotel stay will be provided for the couple on the night of the wedding at a premium CBD venue, confirmed upon payment of deposit. Package items are fixed and not subject to alterations or substitutions. Venue-specific additions apply: Ripples Chowder Bay includes access to a private bridal suite during the event with two bottles of champagne and a platter of desserts and savouries (available only for seated events with a minimum of 70 guests; not permitted for cocktail-style receptions). Guests are encouraged to communicate with their coordinator if they do not wish to redeem any of the above inclusions. The promotion provider reserves the right to cancel any complimentary add-ons if the terms are not met to their satisfaction.
