Gift Vouchers 

Dollar value vouchers do not need to be used in one transaction and balance vouchers will be issued. Experience vouchers must be redeemed in one transaction.

Sydney Restaurant Group will not be held accountable for lost, stolen or expired vouchers. Vouchers are valid for redemption 48 hours after purchase and are valid for three years. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

Gift vouchers cannot be used for online purchases, towards function payments or for New Year’s Eve events.

Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned.

Mother’s Day Bonus Vouchers

When a customer purchases any digital voucher over $150 for any Sydney Restaurant Group venue between Tuesday 9th April and Sunday 12th May, they will automatically receive a bonus $25, conditional, digital SRG gift voucher*.

Terms & conditions: One free digital SRG voucher for every digital voucher purchased to the value of $150 and above. Valid for digital vouchers purchased for any Sydney Restaurant Group venue between Tuesday 9th April and Sunday 12th May. Free voucher is valid for 90 days from date of purchase. Only valid Monday – Friday lunch. Valid at Ripples Little Manly, Ripples Chowder Bay, Sails, Ventuno, The Fenwick, Manta & Summer Salt only. Voucher not eligible for extension.

We are not required to provide a refund, exchange or credit based on a change of mind.

While we endeavour to supply all pictured products, products are subject to availability. If a particular product is not available, we will endeavour to replace this with a similar product at equal value.

In the event that the items arrive damaged or are faulty we will replace, exchange or issue a credit subject to the approval of management. Photo evidence will be required to verify the damage or fault.

Replacements, exchanges or credits are not valid for any product that has been dispatched for more than 3 days.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been prepared and are with our couriers for delivery.
