TO START
Sea salt and rosemary focaccia w extra virgin olive oil
For best results, wrap focaccia in aluminium foil and place in a preheated oven at 180C for 6 minutes, open foil for the last 2 minutes.Serve with olive oil.
Chicken terrine, enoki mushroom, wasabi mayo
Remove terrine from packaging 30 minutes before serving.TO SERVE: Plate terrine with enoki mushroom & a smear of wasabi mayo.

FIRST COURSE
Tagliatelle w atlantic salmon, green peas, salmon roe, beurre blanc
In a pot with boiling salted water, cook tagliatelle for approximately 5 minutes until al dente.Preheat oven to 170C and place atlantic salmon on a tray and cook for 10 minutes.
Once tagliatelle is cooked, combine with the peas and beurre blanc and stir through.
TO SERVE: Top with salmon roe and dill.

SECOND COURSE
Angus beef flank steak, broccolini, pomme fondant, chimichurri salsa
Place the pre-cooked Angus beef in a preheated fry pan with a dash of olive oil. Sear steak as desired and until warmed through.In a pot with hot water, place pomme fondant, still within the packaging, for 10 minutes to heat through.
TO SERVE: Drizzle chimichurri sauce (served at room temperature) over steak.
