Via Alta, meaning ‘High Street’ in Italian, is a collaboration between Hatted chef Alessandro Pavoni of Ormeggio at The Spit and Damiano Ottaviani.
The Italian trattoria’s menu is classic, clean, and simple Italian flavours, with a focus on the Northern regions of Italy. Pavoni & Ottaviani handpick their suppliers and do extensive research to source the best produce that Australia and Italy have to offer.
The wine list offers a carefully selected range of Italian wines to complement the menu. Via Alta is also BYO wine.
Located on Sydney’s North Shore, Via Alta is open for lunch Tuesday to Sunday and dinner Monday to Sunday.
